Classic Cocktails


Manhattan



1¾ oz bourbon

1¾ oz bourbon

¾ oz of sweet vermouth

1 dash of aromatic bitters

1 Maraschino cherry.


Pour bitters, liquors over ice in mixing glass. Stir and strain into martini glass. Garnish with a Maraschino cherry.

Old Fashioned


2 dashes aromatic bitters

½ tsp sugar dissolved with water and bitters

1½ oz of bourbon

1 cherry

1 orange slice

1 lemon wedge


Fill glass with ice. Add cherry, orange slice, and lemon wedge. Pour in bourbon. Serve in a rocks glass over ice.

Tom Collins


1 oz fresh lemon juice

1 tsp sugar

1½ oz of gin

Lemon slices


Mix sugar, gin, and juice over ice in mixing glass. Stir, strain in cocktail glass with ice, and top off with soda water. Garnish with lemon slices.

Salty Dog


2 oz vodka

5 oz grapefruit juice

Coarse salt


Rim cocktail glass with salt. Pour vodka and grapefruit juice on top of ice. Stir well.

Classic Martini


2½ oz gin

1½ oz dry vermouth

3 green olives


Rinse martini glass in dry vermouth and pour out. Shake gin with ice until chilled. Pour into martini glass. Add olives.

Bloody Mary


1½ oz vodka

2 dashes Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp horseradish

Tomato or Clamato juice

4 dashes Tabasco sauce

Celery salt

Fresh ground pepper

Salt


Put all ingredients in mixing glass. Shake briskly. Pour into pint glass over ice. Add a celery branch to garnish.


Tropical Tastes


Piña Colada


2 oz dark rum

2 oz pineapple juice

1½ oz coconut cream


Shake over ice and strain over ice into chilled collins glass. Garnish with a cherry and pineapple cube.

Mai Tai


1 oz dark rum

1 oz light rum

½ oz triple sec

¾ oz orgeat

1 oz lime juice

1 cherry

1 pineapple wedge


Select mixer, shake ingredients except dark rum. Select chilled old-fashioned or tiki glass. Add ice, strain and add 1 oz dark rum. Garnish with cherry and pineapple.

Daiquiri


1½ oz light rum

¾ oz lime juice

¼ oz simple syrup


Shake over ice, strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and garnish with a lime wheel.

Blue Hawaiian


1 oz blue curaçao

1 oz light rum

1 oz cream of coconut

2 oz pineapple juice

1 cherry

1 slice of pineapple

1 cup of ice


Put all ingredients into blender. Blend. Pour into highball glass. Add a cherry and pineapple to garnish.

Jamaican Rum Punch


¼ cup fresh lime juice

2 cups grenadine syrup

2 cups Jamaican rum

1 cup coconut rum

2½ cups fresh pineapple juice

2½ cups fresh orange juice

Ice

Orange slices, for garnish

Pineapple slices, for garnish


Mix all ingredients together in a pitcher. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving. Serve punch over ice. Garnish with orange or pineapple slices.

Margarita


1½ oz silver tequila

1 oz Cointreau

½ oz. fresh lime juice

splash simple syrup


Salt rim. Combine all ingredients in an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake until cold and strain into a chilled salt-rimmed glass.

Dessert Drinks

Oatmeal Cookie


Ice cubes

3 ounces butterscotch schnapps (about 5 tablespoons)

2 ounces Baileys Irish Cream (1/4 cup)

1 ounce coconut-flavored rum (2 tablespoons)

½ ounce Goldschlager cinnamon schnapps (1 tablespoon)

Oatmeal cookies, crushed, for garnish


Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes. Add the butterscotch schnapps, Baileys, rum and Goldschlager and shake well. Strain into 2 rocks glasses. Sprinkle with crushed cookies.

Mudslide


4 cups crushed ice

2 oz vodka

2 oz coffee flavored liqueur

2 oz Irish creme flavored liqueur

2 tbs chocolate syrup

½ cup whipped cream


In a blender, combine crushed ice, vodka, coffee liqueur and Irish cream liqueur. Drizzle in Chocolate syrup. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and garnish with whipped cream


Grasshopper


¾ oz cream

¾ oz white creme de cacao

¾ oz green creme de menthe


Shake ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker. Strain into chilled cocktail glass.

Pink Squirrel


¾ oz crème de noyaux

¾ oz crème de cacao

½ oz vodka

1 oz fresh cream


Pour all over ice in mixing glass. Stir and serve in martini glass.

The Brotherhood


1.5 oz Michael Collins Blended Irish Whiskey

.75 oz Grand Marnier

.75 oz Bénédictine

.75 oz Fresh lemon juice


Lemon peel for garnish. Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice.Shake, and strain into a chilled coupe glass.Twist a piece of lemon peel over the top and drop into the drink. Combine whiskey, cider and sugar. Garnish with cinnamon stick and lemon wedge.

Bushmills Irish Buck


1.5 oz Bushmills Original Irish Whiskey

.25 oz Fresh lime juice

2 oz Ginger ale

Lime wheel for garnish


Add the whiskey and lime juice to a Collins glass filled with ice.

Top with the ginger ale and garnish with a lime wheel.




Irish Coffee


1.5 oz Jameson Irish Whiskey

1 oz Brown sugar syrup (one part brown sugar, one part water)

Hot brewed coffee

Unsweetened cream, lightly whipped


Add the whiskey and syrup to an Irish Coffee glass and fill two-thirds of the way with coffee. Top with one inch of whipped cream.

Emerald Isle


1 part Gin

1 tsp Green Crème de menthe

2 dashes bitters


Pour the ingredients into an ice-filled cocktail shaker and shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
